Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive customer transformation consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:
Sales & Pricing Strategy
25 years of experience in developing pricing models and strategies across multiple clients.
Solid understanding of financial concepts including profit margins cost structures and revenue models to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies.
Knowledge of pricing methodologies such as value-based cost-plus and dynamic pricing aligned with business goals.
Ability to identify pricing and monetization opportunities that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Conduct industry and competitive research to inform segmented pricing structures and policies for optimal value capture
Data Analysis Forecasting & Reporting
Ability to collect interpret and analyze data including financial metrics and pricing trends to support decision-making.
Design development and presentation of forecasting models reports and dashboards that drive key pricing decisions.
Expertise in data acquisition cleaning and structuring from multiple sources to generate insights.
Interpretation of data using statistical techniques and presentation of detailed reports and actionable findings
Sales & Pricing Technology & Tools Proficiency
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with BI and analytics platforms like Tableau Power BI and Alteryx.
Working knowledge of R Python or SQL is a strong plus.
Familiarity with sales and pricing technologies such as PriceFX Zuora Veeva Enterra Solutions and nCino is advantageous
Sales & Pricing Process Design & Implementation
Evaluate client pricing processes and identify gaps; drive transformation through design of future-state processes and tools.
Develop business requirements and support implementation of price optimization platforms.
Leverage project management and facilitation skills to support end-to-end delivery of pricing initiatives and client deliverables
Project Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills including direct client interactions.
Ability to collaborate across sales marketing and finance teams to align pricing strategies with broader business goals.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and problem-solve in dynamic team environments
Educational Background:
MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy/ Analytics from a premier B-School
Additional Information
Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be as per project requirements.
Experience: 2-5 years of prior relevant work experience in a Pricing / Sales/ Analytics Strategy role. Experience in management consulting and exposure to multinational environment will be a bonus
