Position Overview
As a Virtual Itinerary Coordinator you will support clients by organizing customized travel plans. This role involves researching destinations booking accommodations coordinating transportation and assembling detailed itineraries tailored to individual preferences and budgets.
Youll serve as the clients main point of contact from inquiry to trip completion ensuring a smooth stress-free travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify travel goals budget and preferences
- Research and book flights accommodations tours and ground transportation
- Create personalized visually organized digital itineraries
- Maintain communication with clients before and during travel to assist with questions or changes
- Stay updated on travel trends destinations and travel safety protocols
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in CRM and booking systems
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client bookings simultaneously
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Proficient with technology and online booking platforms (training provided)
- Previous experience in travel planning hospitality or administrative roles is a plus
