Receptionist Office Services Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. Toronto ON Interested in joining one of Canadas top performing asset managers We are looking for a receptionist to join our Office Services Team. Our reception team are based in office full time. What You Will Do As the first point of contact for our clients visitors and colleagues you will be the welcoming face of our team and responsible for a dynamic range of tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Greet visitors in a prompt professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Assist with planning social events.
- Maintain multiple meeting room calendars and ensuring any conflicts are resolved in a timely manner.
- Organize meetings room catering for clients and colleagues.
- General administrative duties such as expenses scanning faxing setting up access cards etc.
- Ensuring the office supplies are well stocked and placing supply orders.
- Other duties assigned by the Office Manager as required.
What You Bring - 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service administrative or reception role (ideally in a professional services environment.)
- Proficiency with MS office applications (Outlook Excel Word etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak comfortably with people in a variety of roles and levels of seniority.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure dealing with changes and interruptions whilst maintaining deadlines.
- A positive approach to learning growing and accepting constructive feedback.
- Education in a relevant field is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
