People & Quality Coordinator

Employment: Full time (38 hours) ongoing

Work Type: Remote/WFH

Salary: $95000 per annum superannuation

Ninti draws on its long history of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and has developed the capacity to translate learning from this experience to a range of development contexts.

We are looking for a proactive and organised People & Quality Coordinator to support our team in delivering outcomes across both human resources and quality management. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our People & Culture Manager and Chief Operating Officer in a dual role that supports both our people and our quality systems.

In this role you will:

Support People & Culture (HR)

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Support employee onboarding record keeping and compliance with HR systems
  • Coordinate HR documentation and provide general administration support across the employee lifecycle
  • Support the P&C Manager with the delivery of P&C activities

Support Quality Management

  • Coordinate the implementation review and improvement of our Quality Management System
  • Assist with internal audits risk registers compliance activities and documentation updates
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure policies and procedures meet standards and drive continuous improvement

About You

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in (or eager to develop skills in) administration human resources or quality management (experience in in HR recruitment or quality management highly desired but not essential)
  • Organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A great communicator who thrives in a collaborative team-focused environment
  • Passionate about working in a culturally safe inclusive and respectful workplace
  • Comfortable working with internal systems and documentation processes

Essential Requirements

  • Identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • Willing to obtain a Police Check
  • Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
