The Opportunity:
In this role youll lead the design delivery and ongoing improvement of a dynamic organisation-wide recruitment and selection framework that supports all Newcastle Anglican directorates.
This is a full time 12 month contract

Role & Responsibilities:
Proactively source and engage top talent through passive recruitment strategies
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and local education providers
Develop partnerships to support future talent pipelines
Educate internal teams on networking and talent pooling techniques
Provide insights through recruitment and market analytics
Contribute to strategic workforce planning and recruitment initiatives
Represent the organisation through professional networking opportunities
About you
You will also be required to have or be willing to obtain a NSW Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes) and partake in a functional assessment
