ABOUT THE ROLE
Reports to:Registered Manager
Hours of work: Full-time or part-time. Hours and times will vary.
Salary:Start rate of 12.21 per hour rising after 12 months and a successful probation period.

This position does not offer sponsorship and is best suited for candidates already located in the Bognor Regis area.
Main purpose of the role:
You will support all members of our community who have learning disabilities to go about their daily lives. This involves building relationships providing direct support in accordance with support plans and sharing the joys and challenges of daily life. This role may include personal care and administration of medication.
You will work in the homes of our members who require varying degrees of support to live as independent a life as possible.
You will encourage people to work with you to keep their homes clean and tidy and do usual day to day tasks such as cooking and washing up. You will also support people with any spiritual choices they make; engage in activities with them and support them whilst outside of their home environment.
