Job Description
General Manager
Location: Portlethen Aberdeen (hybrid/flexible options)
Salary: Competitive plus performance bonus
Contract: Permanent full-time (35hrs/week)

Your Mission
- Jointly own P&L performance with Product Line Managers
- Lead a high-performing team supporting department heads to drive results across Technical Operations and QHSE departments
- Ensure the highest safety and service standardsalways putting our people and clients first
- Shape and deliver strategic growth plans including diversification into renewables and new market expansion
- Build strong internal and external relationships representing Roemex at industry events
- Champion continuous improvement: set KPIs track results and encourage a culture of innovation
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Engineering Science or Business
- Proven broad ranged management experience in energy chemicals or service industries
- Handson leadership style: positive resilient solutionsoriented
- Financially astute with P&L oversight and budget management
- Great communicator and collaborator inspiring cross-functional teams
- Deep commitment to safety service excellence and Roemex values
