The role of the Housekeeping Operations Manager is to successfully oversee the units housekeeping operation and team on a daily basis.
The Housekeeping Operations Manager directs and coordinates the daily operations of ahousekeepingservices unit to ensure our properties and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
You will be responsible for the customer experience and reputation of Host and Stay by effectively managing the housekeeping team equipment resources and third-party suppliers ensuring the housekeeping operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company standards & procedures.
In addition after the successful completion of your probation period you will be enrolled in our Annual Bonus scheme with a potential annual bonus earning of 4000 paid at a potential 1000 a quarter.
