tablir entretenir et dvelopper les relations clients existantes au sein de la communaut tout en rseautant avec les chefs dentreprise locaux afin dtablir des ples dinfluence solides qui contribueront aux opportunits de dveloppement commercial.
tablir des relations avec les petites entreprises clientes en comprenant leurs besoins et en identifiant les opportunits leur permettant de leur fournir des informations et des conseils personnaliss et parfaitement adapts leurs besoins.
Assurer la liaison avec le rseau dagences bancaires internes les centres de services bancaires commerciaux et les partenaires de gestion de patrimoine afin de leur permettre de fournir des conseils et des ressources holistiques pour accompagner nos clients.
Se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances et dvelopper sa connaissance de lentreprise des outils et techniques associs; participer au transfert de connaissances au sein de lquipe et de lunit commerciale.
Participer pleinement lquipe favoriser un environnement de travail positif qui favorise la qualit linnovation et le travail dquipe et assurer une communication rapide des problmes.
Exigences du poste:
Diplme universitaire et/ou exprience professionnelle pertinente de premier chelon; une formation en comptabilit/finance est un atout mais peut galement tre acquise par lexprience.
Capacit entretenir des relations clients durables et acqurir de nouveaux clients. Excellentes comptences en dveloppement commercial et en prospection pour crer des ples dinfluence prcieux au sein de la communaut daffaires locale et des succursales de vente au dtail.
Professionnel dynamique dot dune attitude positive et de solides comptences en communication en gestion du temps et en organisation.
