You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Field Marketing Manager you ll help define how people discover and fall in love with Looner in the wild. That means bold in-person brand experiences powerful community moments and a relentless commitment to warmth and originality.
We re in the early days of something big. That means you ll work closely with our founders and marketing team help define how the brand shows up in the real world and play a key role in helping Looner become the go-to alternative to booze.
You lead with warmth charisma and clarity people trust and follow your energy.
You ve have at least 2 5 years of experience in field marketing experiential marketing or similar brand roles bonus points if you ve built teams or launched campaigns yourself.
You have a proven track record of planning and executing successful events from small pop-ups to large-scale in-person brand experiences you know how to make logistics feel seamless and the vibe unforgettable.
You thrive in ambiguity early-stage startup life doesn t scare you it fuels you.
You re as comfortable presenting to execs as you are tabling at a pop-up.
You re operationally sharp organized strategic and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
You have a high bar for energy and ownership you show up fully and take pride in your work.
You believe a brand is built through people and marketing is more than a message it s a moment.
Experience managing brand ambassador programs
Existing connections in cannabis beverage CPG or wellness industries or you re eager to dive in.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications Public Relations or a closely related field
Candidates without a bachelor s degree may still be eligible if they have relevant work experience including roles such as Field Marketing Representative Brand Ambassador or sales/communication-heavy internships. Work-based learning certifications or demonstrated campaign success can offset a traditional degree requirement
