About The Role

EliseAI is looking for VP of Business Development & Partnerships for our healthcare. Were early in our healthcare journeybut the momentum is real. After establishing ourselves as a leader in AI-powered solutions in housing were now rapidly expanding in healthcare. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new vertical at a high-growth company.

You will formulate a strategy develop relationships and execute upon strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in our industry. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory enabling us to reach new markets and enhance our product offerings. By forging strong partnerships youll help drive our mission forward ensuring that we continue to innovate and provide value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive growth enhance products and expand market reach

  • Identify evaluate and execute strategic partnership opportunities aligned with EliseAIs business objectives

  • Negotiate and secure high-value partnerships managing agreements to ensure successful outcomes

  • Build and maintain strong long-term partner relationships ensuring mutual value.

  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams for seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives

  • Track and analyze partnership performance to optimize collaboration and identify growth opportunities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay informed about industry trends

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in business development or partnerships at high-growth startups (ideally healthtech) healthcare consulting or investing healthtech founder or similar fields

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop partnership strategies and playbooks

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to foster long-term collaborations

  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

  • An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with the ability to move and iterate quickly.

  • Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $250000 - $300000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
