OverviewDue to growth Performance Plus Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in National City California. Full-time availability is preferred with 40 hours per week available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 20 hours of availability will also be considered.
We are seeking a personable communicative clinician. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome and will receive mentorship and support.
Caseload and Patient PopulationThe hired Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages. Clinicians are encouraged and supported to specialize in areas such as pelvic floor aquatic therapy vestibular rehabilitation or pediatrics.
Compensation and BenefitsThe starting salary for full-time is $86000 annually and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Work ScheduleThe clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. No weekend or major holiday shifts. Clinicians typically work until 7 PM two evenings per week but scheduling is flexible to support work-life balance.
Job Requirements
Eligible for California Physical Therapy licensure or PTLA status
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred
New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship
Full-time availability is ideal; part-time applicants with 20 hours or more will be considered
Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
