Description

General Responder Data Center in the World Trade Center Health Program is looking for a Quality Monitoring Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for reviewing and investigating the collection of data to ensure all federal and state compliance monitoring requirements are met or exceeded.



Responsibilities
  • Ensures compliance with good clinical practice and regulatory guidelines.
  • Completes and coordinates monitoring responsibilities in strict adherence to regulatory requirements standards and protocols.
  • Responsible for a comparison review of collected data and scans of original clinical consent documents that are sent to the Data Center to identify document and correct errors per the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for logging of the consent documents sent by the WTC Health Program Clinical Centers of Excellence to the Data Center.
  • Assures all logged activities and completed work is properly maintained.
  • Assures WTCHP members are registered in the data system in a timely manner.
  • Reviews and processes transfer reports sent by the Health Program Support Contractor.
  • Prepares monthly reports to be distributed to the Clinical Centers of Excellence.
  • Participates in TrialDB (data capture system) training conference calls under the supervision of the Administrative Manager/QA Supervisor.
  • Provides support to Data Management and functions as a front-line beta tester for all data collection forms and changes to the forms.
  • Provides Quality Assurance support to and as needed by the Data Center.
  • Performs other related duties.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Science or other health related field
  • 3 years experience
