Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential information regarding employee relations job performance personal conduct and disciplinary actions
- Mediate employee relations issues and respond to concerns
- Provide resolutions to compensation and benefits questions concerns and issues.
- Administer all leaves: ADA medical personal and parental leave
- Develop and manage processes to optimize efficiency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve and drive culture change that align with the organizations mission
- Ensure the performance management is followed and effective
- Maintain knowledge of laws regulations and best practices in employment law and human resources.
- Ensures compliance with employment benefits insurance safety and other laws regulations and requirements.
- Oversee and maintain FLSA auditsCoordinate and oversee new hire orientation with the talent team
- Lead and launch the performance quarterly training program
- Update and create all human resources policies
- Act as the first point of contact for employeesDelegate day-to-day matters to appropriate team members
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field
- 6years human resource experience
- 3 of HR management experience
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
