As a family owned and operated business Bill Cramer has been proudly serving the Panama City area for over 50 years. We are currently looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our growing team!

Responsibilities - Guest Services Representative:
- Operate dealership switchboard by politely and promptly answering calls transferring to appropriate person and documenting messages
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Guest Services Representative :
- Experience is preferred
- Excellent listening communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask
