This is a mid-level role. We also have a Senior role available.As a Product Designer you will shape and ship features of our product and internal tools with a primary focus on growing our AI-first human-in-the-loop AI Receptionist. (Recent examples include: Onboarding guidance so customers get the most of their accounts simple yet powerful options for controlling AI voice conversations and building out a suite of reporting tools for AI human performance metrics.) Youll work in a fast-paced high-growth environment balancing design fidelity and resourcing with business objectives. Youll be part of a small team working collaboratively with the entire company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate: Partner withProduct & Ops teams customer support and marketing to design and implement new products/features.
- Participate inCross-Functional Teamwork: Focus on collaboration across engineering marketing support and operations teams.
- Drive Project Execution: Oversee projects through completion and follow through with warranty work.
- Define Requirements: Contribute to product definition and requirements to shape development.
- Build the Design System: Support and grow the fledgling design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Document for Engineering: Record design decisions and prepare work for engineering.
EXPERIENCE
Must have
- Based in or operates primarily within the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
- 3-5years in Product Design roles
- Experience in startups (Seed to Series B)
- Successful team-based remote work environment experience (e.g. Slack Teams)
- Effective in Figma (our design tool of choice) and have used project management tools (e.g. ClickUp).
- Contributed to different stages of the product lifecycle from shaping to execution to refinement.
Nice to have
- Spanish proficiency (conversational to fluent) to support collaboration with our Spain-based engineering team
- Product design experience within B2B product-focussed organizations
- Experience with prompting and AI/LLM tools

For that reason you dont need one to apply however we do require a representation of your workin whatever format you think is appropriatethat demonstrates your suitability for this role. For example: a Figma file a Notion page a PDF a video - something that gives us a sense of your capabilities.- Resume screen
- 15-20 minute interview with the hiring manager
- 45-60 minute design walkthrough with the Design Team (showing1-3 of your raw design files in a non-recorded space)
- Time-capped take-home exercise (3 hours)
- Take-home review discussion with a Product Manager
- Final calls withleadership

- Presentation of offer

- This is a full-time position with a salary that ranges between $100000 - $130000 per year depending on experience
