Job Description
We are looking for one person to teach a section of FIN400 Private Equity during the Fall 2025 semester. The course introduces students to private equity (PE) how PE firms generally work why they exist and where they invest. The course then takes the class through a lifecycle of a private equity deal.
Responsibilities
Preparation of lectures and student assignments Teaching the class. The class is scheduled on Mondays from 5:15 to 8pm during the fall semester Maintaining regularly scheduled office hours Meeting all designated class periods Submitting completed mid-semester progress reports and final grades according to university regulations and school/college-level policies Grading student assignments and exams in timely manner Building a positive rapport with students and other faculty members Other responsibilities as indicated
Qualifications
Extensive senior level professional experience including experience in private equity At least a masters degree or equivalent
