Job Description
The Instructional Technology Consultant is responsible for performing a variety of professional and administrative duties that facilitate critical operations in support of academics and the student experience. This position provides a full range of software and desktop computer and printer support audio and video technical support and training to students faculty and staff. Other responsibilities include preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Variable work schedule is required including evening weekend and special events assignments.
Responsibilities
Support maintain and troubleshoot classroom presentation systems computer software/hardware printers as well as audio and video equipment. Image and setup computers prebuild AV systems for installation. Provide training and instruction to students faculty and staff. Preventative maintenance for classroom presentation systems. Support and troubleshoot computer applications (including Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office and web-based videoconferencing applications).
