Job Description

The iconic Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square is seeking Guest Services Manager to join their leadership team! This stylish 661-room hotel is steps from restaurants shops and Broadway theaters and additionally within a mile of Central Park Radio City Music Hall Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station!

In this role you will lead a union team of 13 bell staff plus one bell captain and report to the assistant director of front office operations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess two years experience as a Guest Relations Guest Services or Front Office Manager in a hotel of comparable size that sees comparable volume.

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts as needed any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $70000 - $75000 annually (final offer based on experience)
