Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Epicor ERP system across manufacturing supply chain finance and quality modules.

• Design implement and support ERP workflows customizations and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead or support Epicor upgrade projects module rollouts and ongoing system optimizations & customizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements provide training and support change management initiatives.

• Ensure ERP configuration supports compliance with defence industry standards (e.g. ITAR DFARS ISO 9001 AS9100).

• Develop and maintain technical documentation system procedures and training materials.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues liaising with Epicor support as needed.

• Support data migration cleansing and integrity initiatives for reporting and analytics.

• Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure data security and access controls.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (preferably Kinetic or earlier versions).

• Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes: BOM routings production planning inventory control MRP MES integration etc.

• Deep understanding of all finance & accounting processes: AP AR GL structure Project Accounting methods FP&A etc.

• Experience working in defence aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements such as ITAR DFARS and AS9100.

• Strong skills in Epicor tools including BPMs BAQs SSRS Reports Dashboards and DMT.

• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epicor Kinetic

• Knowledge of integration with third-party systems (Workday Deltek TIPQA JournyX CX PowerBI etc.)

• Epicor certifications or vendor-recognized ERP credentials or equivalent experience

• Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.

Work Environment:

• This is a hybrid role so would require some on-site presence at our manufacturing location in Columbia City Indiana.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S and will require background checks due to the nature of defense contracts.
