Were Hiring a Second-Shift Custodian (Full-Time Year-Round)!

If so wed love for you to join our team as a Second-Shift Custodian! In this role youll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.
This position will be working in Freeport Maine.
What Youll Do:
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas through tasks like vacuuming sweeping mopping dusting and window washing.
Ensure recycling bins in your area are properly managed.
Collaborate with our team to address cleaning requests and complete special projects.
Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal (shoveling and sanding) when needed.
Operate cleaning equipment like buffers extractors and auto scrubbers.
Report any facility-related problems or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Uphold a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting unsafe situations.
What Were Looking For:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
