GTM Engineer (GTM Ops) @ Clay
Were looking for someone to build the systems that move deals forward.
This role is all about the heart of the funnel: pipeline management opportunity workflows deal acceleration and post-sale handoffs. Youll work closely with go-to-market leaders to turn high-level goals into real scalable systems. Youll spot gaps solve for edge cases and make sure the entire funnelfrom first meeting to renewalruns smoothly and intelligently.
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain the systems that power our opportunity management sales handoffs forecasting and post-sale workflows
Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions trigger timely follow-ups and improve deal velocity
Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stackand evolve that stack as we scale
Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed; were growing fast and we need systems that can keep up
What Youll Bring:
4 years of experience in GTM systems revenue operations or sales architecture at a fast-moving company
Built or owned systems that support sales pipelines post-sale processes and customer lifecycle ops
Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams and can turn messy problems into clean system design
Strong sense of curiosity tinkering and hacking
Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack as well as SQL
Excitement about the potential of AI to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more automated
