What You Will Do:
Under the direction of the E-Billing Manager the E-Billing Specialist plays a key role within the billing team by collaborating closely with Billing Attorneys Billers and Credit Managers to ensure the accurate and timely submission of client e-billings in compliance with firm and client-specific policies and procedures. This position requires a thorough understanding of each clients billing requirements and guidelines. The successful candidate must be able to promptly identify and escalate rejected invoices to ensure timely resolution in coordination with billing attorneys.
Office Location: New York NY or Roseland NJ (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (NY: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm) / (NJ: 9:00 am 5:00 pm)

For candidates meeting the requirements the expected base salary is $80000 to $85000 in New Jersey and $85000 to $90000 in New York. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
