About the role

EliseAI is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build the growing tech stack for our Commercial organization and own Commercial/Operational initiatives to help us scale.

In this role youll design and drive strategic initiatives while managing our software and tools ensuring that our Commercial team has the direction and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design implement and manage processes for Sales Marketing Legal and Finance teams to help EliseAI most efficiently scale

  • Manage and improve our Salesforce instance (across custom objects automations etc.)

  • Maintain critical systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity through multiple integrations (HubSpot IronClad Clay Outreach ZoomInfo etc.)

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success Product and Implementation to ensure alignment on company goals

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 4 years of Revenue Operations experience at a growing SaaS company

  • Salesforce experience - able to effectively manage a complex deployment with various customizations integrations and automations (strong system design knowledge)

  • Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out automating manual work and owning projects end-to-end

  • Experience working closely with Sales teams including training new hires and effectively speaking to key processes and data

  • Experience leveraging AI to build

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment

  • 2 years of experience in consulting investment banking or private equity a plus

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $175000 - $200000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
