Clinical Shift Schedule: 8 10 or 12-hour shifts facility-dependent
On-Call Shift Schedule: Call from home
Call Type: Home Call
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Call Ratio: Varies by site

Practice Models: Lancaster (Medical Supervision) Chester (CRNA Only)
Lancaster Cases: Urology Ortho Kidney Transplants OB (Dedicated night team)

Midlands Division (Columbia Camden):
Practice Model: Medical Supervision
Columbia Cases: Cardiothoracic EP Ortho Spine ENT Healthy Peds Urology Endoscopy
Camden Cases: OB ENT Healthy Peds Cardioversions

Pee Dee Division (Florence Marion Lake City):
Florence Practice Model: Medical Supervision
Marion & Lake City: CRNA Only

Practice Model: Medical Supervision
Cases: OB Level III Trauma Vascular General Surgery

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
USGRA SAB LE Blocks Central Lines (site-specific)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: South Carolina License SC Controlled Substance License (as applicable)
Board: Certified in specialty
Certifications: ACLS PALS ATLS (as applicable)
Experience: Proficiency with Epic EMR required
Additional Requirements: Case Logs Claims Summary References Immunization & Vaccine Records
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver anesthetic care in collaboration with supervising physicians (if applicable)
Manage preoperative intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia care
Participate in call rotation and emergency response
Maintain accurate documentation and charting in Epic
