Job Description

Position: Per Diem Clinical Recovery Care Specialist (on call)

Location: Queens NY

Company: Keep It Tight LLC

Schedule: Per Diem with an opportunity for 3 days of work per week upon placement and potential for more shifts based on performance

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Per Diem Clinical Recovery Care Specialists to join our team. This role offers an initial opportunity for up to three days of work per week with the potential to earn more shifts based on performance and patient feedback. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a medical recovery home providing essential clinical and personal care to patients during their recovery journey.


Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical and personal patient care including assisting with daily activities medication administration wound care and monitoring vital signs.

- Support patients with mobility personal hygiene and recovery needs ensuring their safety and comfort.

- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and independently to meet patient needs.

- Communicate effectively with the medical team reporting any changes in patient condition promptly.

- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for patients.

- Adhere to all safety protocols including infection control measures.


Requirements:

- Certified and licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.

- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification .

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a clinical setting particularly in post-surgical care is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
