The Role
Block is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our Third-Party Integration Quality efforts across Square Cash App Pay Afterpay and this role you will oversee the quality safety and reliability of how sellers partners and other third-party developers integrate with Blocks APIsensuring that integrations meet our standards for functionality security and user experience.
Our developer platform powers a wide spectrum of seller and buyer experiencesfrom e-commerce checkouts and mobile apps to custom front-of-house systems (e.g. POS kiosk etc.) and back-office tools. As our ecosystem grows maintaining the integrity of these integrations becomes critical to the success of both our sellers and their buyers.
You will lead a globally distributed teamincluding internal FTEs contractors and BPO partners. Your mandate will be to evolve and scale our integration quality programs ensuring 3p-built experiences uphold the standards that define Blocks brand. Success in this role requires QA expertise strong technical and program management skills and an ability to thrive in a matrixed environmentcollaborating closely with Product Engineering Sales & Partner Engineering GTM teams and external partners.
