Compensation
Base Salary: $150000 - $170000 (based on experience)
Revenue Sharing:
One-third of collected revenue on billed hours
20% bonus for introducing new clients
Business Development Bonuses: Bonuses on all new business originated
Billable Hours: None required; performance-based earnings

Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions in state and federal court
Conduct discovery depositions and motion practice
Prepare pleadings and legal briefs
Support trial preparation alongside senior attorneys
Manage litigation cases from intake through resolution
Collaborate directly with clients on case strategy
Must-have qualifications
JD and active admission to the New York Bar
2-4 years of litigation experience (real estate preferred)
Proficiency in drafting pleadings motions and conducting legal research
Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
Excellent writing research and analytical abilities
Preferred qualifications
Real estate litigation experience: landlord-tenant co-op/condo title or commercial disputes
Trial exposure or trial preparation experience
Background in a boutique or trial-focused litigation firm
Experience with appellate briefing or motion practice
