Job Description
Title: QA Technical Program Manager
Location: Phoenix AZ 85027 (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Note: Local candidates only - Its a W2 only position.

Must-Have:
- 10 years experience as a hands-on QA/TPM
- Strong expertise in functional regression & performance testing
- CI/CD automation tools (Selenium QTP JUnit) Rally
- Proven ability to lead E2E QA programs in the Finance/Compliance domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead QA strategy and governance across Finance portfolio
- Guide teams in automation SIT/UAT test planning and defect analysis
- Publish quality metrics reports and ensure hands-free testing practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience in finance regulatory or compliance projects
