JOB TITLE: Assembly Specialist - Aerospace
LOCATION: Renton WA
PAY RATE: $64/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Oversees the manufacturing of completed units by coordinating activities such as:
-
Assembly of components into subassemblies
-
Joining of structural assemblies (metallic and non-metallic)
-
Installation of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems using fasteners (screws bolts rivets solder crimping/swaging connectors adhesives)
-
Testing using mechanical electrical and electronic equipment
-
Collaborates with engineering management suppliers and customers to ensure product requirements are met and accepted.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Familiarity with aircraft structures systems and subassembly processes (metallic and composite).

Ability to read aerospace engineering drawings wiring diagrams and work instructions.

Skilled in using aerospace-grade fasteners such as Hi-Loks rivets torque bolts and blind fasteners.
-
Experience with installation and troubleshooting of aircraft systems (electrical hydraulic pneumatic).

Competent with hand and power tools commonly used in aerospace manufacturing including torque tools rivet guns and crimpers.

Ability to accurately complete logs inspection reports and digital records in accordance with FAA or company standards.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
