About the Team:

The People Experience Team at CookUnity isnt just about office logistics or HR checkboxesits about building a culture where people feel connected inspired and cared for. Whether were planning an unforgettable culinary trip hosting In-Person Weeks or welcoming new team members with curated experiences were driven by a simple mantra: Make Something People Want.

The role:

As the People Experience Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and engaging employee onboarding experience. Reporting to the People Experience & Culture Manager you will be responsible for executing onboarding for new hires collecting and analyzing feedback to enhance the experience and revamping new hire communications to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

Beyond onboarding you will oversee benefits administration lead office management and community engagement in our Buenos Aires hub ensuring the space runs smoothly and inspires collaboration and support company-wide events and initiatives.

Your work will have a direct impact on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for new hires fostering their integration into the company culture and strengthening overall employee engagement and retention.

This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence three times a week at our Palermo (CABA) office

Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Track new hire attendance and monitor the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  • Initiate and oversee the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software setup.
  • Prepare and send welcome kits to new employees.
  • Provide necessary training resources
  • Assist with merchandise orders and distribution.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and coordination.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Analyze onboarding metrics and trends to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

BA Community Hub:

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and office spaces are well-maintained.
  • Oversee office readiness including cleaning plant maintenance and general layout.
  • Lead communication and logistical support for In-Person Week BA including lunch coordination and additional space if needed.

Special Projects:

  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials including guides and training resources.
  • Assist with events planning and execution across the company to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in People Teams & Office Management.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and department heads.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to attend 3 times a week in person at our BA Community Hub

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with remote onboarding and working in a remote company environment.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits management and coordination.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Notion Google Sheets Monday and Rippling
  • Proven experience in implementing onboarding programs.
