The Opportunity:
Were looking for a Patent Prosecution Attorney with a background in electrical engineering to support our growing electrical practice. This is a full-time position where youll engage in high-value patent prosecution and strategic IP counseling.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and technical professionals
- Support innovative clients across a range of technologies
- Offer strategic guidance to build and protect IP portfolios
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
- USPTO registration (required)
- 3 years of patent prosecution experience
- Excellent writing analytical and communication skills
- Industry experience a plus but not required
