The Opportunity:

Were looking for a Patent Prosecution Attorney with a background in electrical engineering to support our growing electrical practice. This is a full-time position where youll engage in high-value patent prosecution and strategic IP counseling.

What Youll Do

  • Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and technical professionals
  • Support innovative clients across a range of technologies
  • Offer strategic guidance to build and protect IP portfolios

What Youll Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
  • USPTO registration (required)
  • 3 years of patent prosecution experience
  • Excellent writing analytical and communication skills
  • Industry experience a plus but not required
