Job Description
Were Hiring: Senior IT Specialist End-User Focused Cross-Platform ExpertiseAre you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support with a client-first mindset Were looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team and help drive seamless technology experiences across Windows macOS Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
What Youll Do:
- Provide direct support to end users ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and technical resolution.
- Manage and maintain Windows and macOS systems including updates configurations and troubleshooting.
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms supporting user access security and productivity tools.
- Handle tickets and workflows using a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Apply a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices across all aspects of IT operations from endpoint protection to identity management.
- Bonus if you have experience with cloud/Azure
What Were Looking For:
- Proven expertise in client-facing IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and PSA workflows.
- A solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and how they apply to IT infrastructure.
This is a direct hire position Monday through Friday 8 to 5 with clients 1-2 days a week in Chicago.
