Role: Senior Change Management Consultant Software Deployment & Adoption

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Consultant to lead strategic change initiatives that support the successful deployment and adoption of enterprise software solutions. You will play a vital role in minimizing disruption accelerating user adoption and ensuring a smooth transition across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end change management for software deployments and system upgrades
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and change risks
  • Design and implement change management strategies including communication training stakeholder engagement and resistance mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with project managers IT leaders and business stakeholders to align change efforts with implementation timelines
  • Deliver workshops training programs and user coaching to facilitate smooth adoption
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine change strategies for optimal impact
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on change management tools and best practices
  • Document and share lessons learned to drive process improvement and knowledge retention

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Organizational Development IT or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in change management ideally within software or IT transformation contexts
  • Proficient in change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent
  • Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions and leadership levels
  • Experience in training development and delivery is a strong plus
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred
  • Strong multitasking and project management capabilities in dynamic environments
