About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Consultant to lead strategic change initiatives that support the successful deployment and adoption of enterprise software solutions. You will play a vital role in minimizing disruption accelerating user adoption and ensuring a smooth transition across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management for software deployments and system upgrades
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and change risks
- Design and implement change management strategies including communication training stakeholder engagement and resistance mitigation plans
- Collaborate with project managers IT leaders and business stakeholders to align change efforts with implementation timelines
- Deliver workshops training programs and user coaching to facilitate smooth adoption
- Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine change strategies for optimal impact
- Serve as a strategic advisor on change management tools and best practices
- Document and share lessons learned to drive process improvement and knowledge retention
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business Organizational Development IT or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in change management ideally within software or IT transformation contexts
- Proficient in change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent
- Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions and leadership levels
- Experience in training development and delivery is a strong plus
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred
- Strong multitasking and project management capabilities in dynamic environments
