Job Description
Role Type: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Onsite
Louisville Kentucky (Local Candidates)
DL and Gc copy needed.
Role Summary:
Technical ownership of product activation STEP-FOCUS integration workflows and system-level orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend integration between STEP and FOCUS systems
Guide API design microservices structure and config-based automation
Mentor developers and support rollout of product activation pipelines
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure scalable testable solutions
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot and REST APIs
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Harness Jenkins)
Understanding of STEP MDM structures and POS automation workflows
Experience with Bitbucket Workshop CLI (read-only usage) SQL
