Location: Waco TX 76712
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

• Provide compassionate patient- and family-centered care.
• Develop implement and modify nursing care plans based on desired patient outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients families and staff.
• Assist with the emotional and physical aspects of healing and recovery.
• Respect and integrate cultural spiritual and personal values into patient care.
• Educate patients families staff and the broader community on health-related topics.
• Assess and document learning outcomes and patient education progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and the community to execute patient care plans.
• Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring quality of care.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in solving clinical and logistical challenges.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and engage in community service.

• Strong knowledge of nursing standards procedures and patient care protocols.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements (certifications accreditations).
• Understanding of health promotion disease prevention and chronic disease management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in general computer and electronic medical record (EMR) usage.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or two years of recent nursing experience.
• Primary field of study must be nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held).
