Job Description
- Daily administration of BAS HACS AFEM and Fire Alarm systems
- User account management and access control administration
- System configuration management and change control
- Monitor system performance and respond to alarms/incidents
- Coordinate with facility maintenance staff on system issues
- Maintain accurate system inventories and documentation
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Support security vulnerability remediation efforts
- Minimum 5 years of systems administration experience
- 3 years with OT/ICS or building automation systems
- Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Knowledge of industrial protocols (BACnet Modbus etc.)
- Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent
- CompTIA Security or equivalent
- Building automation system certifications are preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification is desired
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- Understanding of OT/ICS system architectures
- Experience with system monitoring and incident response
- Knowledge of change management processes
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Security Clearance Requirements
- No security clearance required
- All staff must be able to obtain and maintain a PIV card
- Background investigation suitable for federal facility access
