Job Description
Performs day-to-day administration of OT/ICS systems including user management system configuration maintenance coordination and operational support. Responsible for maintaining system inventories responding to incidents and ensuring continuous system availability.
Key Responsibilities

Daily administration of BAS HACS AFEM and Fire Alarm systems

User account management and access control administration
-
System configuration management and change control
-
Monitor system performance and respond to alarms/incidents

Coordinate with facility maintenance staff on system issues

Maintain accurate system inventories and documentation

Perform routine maintenance and system updates
-
Support security vulnerability remediation efforts
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of systems administration experience

3 years with OT/ICS or building automation systems

Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
-
Knowledge of industrial protocols (BACnet Modbus etc.)

Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity frameworks
Certifications:
-
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent

CompTIA Security or equivalent
-
Building automation system certifications are preferred

ITIL Foundation certification is desired
Skills:
-
Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration

Understanding of OT/ICS system architectures

Experience with system monitoring and incident response

Knowledge of change management processes

Excellent documentation and communication skills
Security Clearance Requirements
- No security clearance required
- All staff must be able to obtain and maintain a PIV card
- Background investigation suitable for federal facility access
