Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Bethlehem PA 18105
Shift: 1st Shift 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. You will manage order entry provide timely support and ensure complete customer satisfaction by effectively coordinating across multiple departments. The role requires a strong customer-first approach and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product needs.
- Process sales orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Fulfilment Planning Manufacturing Finance Shipping).
- Ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Proactively follow up on open orders and issues.
- Provide professional phone/email support.
- Meet individual and team KPIs.
- Multitask prioritize and stay organized.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Skills & Experience
- 3 5 years in a business or customer service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently with a customer-centric mindset.
