Youll be the founding member of our new Care Coordination team with the opportunity to contribute directly to a critical company-wide objective: providing the highest quality care for our patients.
What Youll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions
Within your first year you will have the opportunity to:
Contact healthcare facilities to coordinate collection of medical records
Partner with Account Managers to resolve complex customer issues related to missing documentation train customers staff to proactively avoid future documentation delinquencies
Monitor and report care coordination metrics to department leaders
Potentially hire train and manage future Care Coordinators

Core Skills & Experience
At least 1-2 years work experience in a Customer Service or healthcare Care Coordination role
Great verbal and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization
High attention to detail
Great cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to learn quickly and design brand-new processes for the company

Meaningful Compensation: $60000 - $72500 base salary

Work Environment & Location
This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea. We have a hybrid model with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
