Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring proper storage safety and stock control
Implement and maintain inventory systems to ensure accurate records and timely stock reconciliation
Supervise inbound/outbound logistics loading dispatching and stock distribution
2. Production Oversight
Monitor and coordinate the food production process to ensure efficiency quality and compliance
Collaborate with the production team to meet targets while minimizing waste
Maintain health and safety standards in all operational areas
3. Logistics & Supply Chain
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials and finished goods
Optimize supply chain performance and cost-efficiency
Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients/distributors
4. Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead train and motivate warehouse and production staff
Implement performance improvement processes
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Operations or a related field
field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse production or operations management preferably in the food processing/FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of inventory systems production planning and logistics coordination
Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Computer literate; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
