Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys revenue growth developing and implementing effective sales strategies and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Forecast sales projections and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companys products or services
  • Implement and maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role preferably in a related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to establish and master goals both personal and team-oriented
  • Visionary approach to sales strategy and team development
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of the local market in Madinah and surrounding areas is a plus
