We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys revenue growth developing and implementing effective sales strategies and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Forecast sales projections and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companys products or services
- Implement and maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills

- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Knowledge of the local market in Madinah and surrounding areas is a plus
