Job Summary

Job Description:

Have fair knowledge on various standard related to lifting CCUs etc.( DNV ISO BS-EN etc.)
Taking calls and responding to emails from clients and delivery/pickup driver personnel throughout the day.
Updating the rental and maintenance trackers daily with accuracy. ( software)
Submitting of trackers to respective principles on daily basis
Communicating with foreman and inter department (Electric AC) for follow up and review of status of equipment deliverables and on time completion to client.
Communicating with TPI for follow up and ensuring updated lifting certificates are as per client requirements.
Receiving and conducting inbound and outbound inspections on each new piece of equipment arriving or piece of equipment being returned for cleanliness and damage assessment and fulfilling the inbound/outbound inspections in system.
Verify pre-hire/post hire checklist based on inbound / outbound of empty containers reefers etc and coordinating with QA/QC for final verification
Ensuring CCU units are allocated in designated location ready for rental for next outbound request.
Documentation of all units to be in line with operational and QA/QC requirements
HSE best practices to be applied and encourage the team to participate
