Job Description

Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator

Streamline operations and deliver outstanding support across order management logistics and customer communications.


Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator to manage daily communications oversee order processing and ensure seamless coordination between logistics inventory and customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a high-quality customer experience across multiple sales and communication channels.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily emails prioritizing urgent inquiries and time-sensitive follow-ups.

  • Filter and categorize incoming orders based on sales channels ensuring pricing and order data accuracy.

  • Generate and compare shipping quotes using various courier services.

  • Book shipments and maintain clear communication with transport providers.

  • Allocate stock and manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and third-party partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Provide customers with timely order tracking updates and support last-mile delivery inquiries.

  • Handle order disputes and resolve shipping-related issues efficiently.

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat SMS and social media platforms.

  • Maintain and update customer records and order notes within the internal system.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in logistics coordination customer service or a similar operations support role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with shipping platforms courier services and order processing systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across digital channels.

  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse coordination is a strong advantage.

  • Proficient in using internal tools and systems to document and track customer interactions.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
