Job Overview: The HR Director is responsible for the overall planning leading organizing and controlling of Human Resources & Admin. This includes implementation of HR & Admin programs which cover Compensation & Benefits Employee Relations Organizational Development Performance Management Training & Development and Resource Management with the professional and personal well-being of the Company s manpower resources in mind.
Job Description:
Directs and leads the HR Department in developing strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information analysis and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Oversees the implementation of HR Strategies within the organization to ensure the compliance and effectiveness.
Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports as necessary to carry out the functions of HR such as but not limited to: Quarter Performance Review Annual Performance Review Strat Planning etc.
Directs the implementation of performance management talent review people development program.
Oversees the development and administration of HR programs policies and procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management learning and organizational development labor relations; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy practice and resources to upper management.
Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Related Experience At least 5-year experience performing the HR Director / Head role in the IT industry or relevant work; At least 10-year experience leading and managing a team; At least 6-year experience working on IT Operations
