The Production Planner is responsible for activities associated with product planning and scheduling for the Vallejo plant mechanical and electromechanical cable.

Duties & Responsibilities
- MPS Creation and Control of Finished Product and Processes
- Production Order Creation
- Planning of Steel and Fiber Core Orders
- 3 Month Production Load Control (Firm Orders Forecast)
- Monthly Production Control
- Confirmation of Production Dates to Fullfilment Area
- Raw Material and Packaging Requirement
- Wire Requirement.
- In Process Material Inventory Control
- Raw Material Inventory Control
- Finished Product Inventory Control
- Establish conversations in English with customers and/or suppliers.
- Creation of monthly production schedule according to Customer requirements Demand Planning.
- Inventory control affecting production.
- MRP to require expedite materials and comply with the performance indicators of the area.
- Work with the continuous improvement area to improve processes and controls.
- Comply with policies procedures and quality management systems and WBS
- Comply with safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CPIM certification
- Production planning and scheduling processes
- 3 years iof experience in Production Scheduling and/or Planning areas
