What you will be doing:

  • Manage and coordinate customer orders within a 3PL warehouse ensuring smooth processing and execution vs plan.
  • Oversee order operation including capacity planning and timely deliveries while maintaining clear communication with 3PL partners and internal teams.
  • Analyze order management processes and interface errors identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Inventory reports to identify trends and optimize stock levels
  • Defining and improving Business Intelligence (BI) and other IS tools to enhance planning processes

Requirements :

  • BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2-3 years experience working in operations planning logistics or supply chain roles preferably in high-tech companies
  • Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office strong proficiency in Excel
  • Fast learner Independent and autodidact who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Customer oriented with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
  • Excellent English - a must. Dutch Advantage
