What you will be doing:
- Manage and coordinate customer orders within a 3PL warehouse ensuring smooth processing and execution vs plan.
- Oversee order operation including capacity planning and timely deliveries while maintaining clear communication with 3PL partners and internal teams.
- Analyze order management processes and interface errors identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Inventory reports to identify trends and optimize stock levels
- Defining and improving Business Intelligence (BI) and other IS tools to enhance planning processes

Requirements :
- BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years experience working in operations planning logistics or supply chain roles preferably in high-tech companies
- Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office strong proficiency in Excel
- Fast learner Independent and autodidact who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Customer oriented with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
- Excellent English - a must. Dutch Advantage
