Job Description
We re looking for a HubSpot Administrator to manage and improve our CRM ecosystem. Youll maintain data hygiene build smart automations train users and keep our Sales Marketing and Service Hubs running like a well-oiled machine all while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain and optimize our entire HubSpot instance across Sales Marketing and Service Hubs
- Build and enhance workflows pipelines reports dashboards custom properties automations templates and sequences
- Manage user access onboarding and offboarding including permissions and training
- Develop and deliver live training sessions and create easy-to-follow documentation
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for day-to-day user issues
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and help enforce process compliance across teams
- Collaborate with Growth Ops and other stakeholders to scope and implement new features
- Monitor performance identify improvement opportunities and stay updated on HubSpot releases
- Manage integrations and ensure HubSpot plays well with connected tools like ZoomInfo Chili Piper Zapier etc.
- Keep track of enhancement requests prioritize by impact and deliver consistently
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM (Sales Marketing and/or Service Hubs)
- Proven ability to build and manage workflows automations and reports that support scalable processes
- Experience delivering onboarding and training to end-users across departments
- Strong understanding of CRM data structure best practices and compliance needs
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver with high attention to detail
- HubSpot certifications preferred (e.g. CRM Implementation Sales Software Marketing Software)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
