REPORTING: This position will report to our CEO or any other Lead as assigned by Management.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
LOCATION: Remote (Pan India)
SHIFT TIMINGS: 2.00 pm-11:00pm IST

Role Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data flow.
- Implement data models to facilitate analytics and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data quality integrity and security while adhering to best practices in data governance.
- Optimize and enhance existing data solutions and environments for performance improvements.
- Utilize cloud services for data storage processing and analytics.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline failures and performance issues.
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Document processes and data architectures for reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends related to data engineering.
- Support the deployment of data solutions in staging and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
- Provide mentorship to junior data engineers and support their professional growth.
- Contribute to strategic discussions to drive data initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in data architecture and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and database design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Ability to work with diverse data sets and perform data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and regulations.
- Certifications in data engineering or related technologies are a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
