We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to support and optimize our enterprise ERP systems with a focus on Project Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in support configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 F&O modules particularly in Finance Supply Chain Procurement HR and Project Operations.
Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 F&O and Project Operations.
Troubleshoot diagnose and escalate issues as needed ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
Manage incident and service requests through established ticketing systems.
Assist in configuring and maintaining F&O modules including Finance Supply Chain HR and Project Operations.
Conduct routine system checks apply updates and implement performance optimization measures.
Contribute to the design testing and rollout of new features enhancements and integrations.
Collaborate with developers on system customizations using X and other relevant tools.
Support the implementation of system upgrades patches and new releases.
Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain system compliance with internal standards security protocols and relevant financial regulations.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Hands-on experience with one or more modules: Finance Supply Chain Procurement HR or Project Operations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in finance and operations.
Proficiency in X development and object-oriented programming; Visual Studio knowledge is a plus.
Experience in designing developing and implementing D365 FO customizations.
Familiarity with system integration data migration and reporting in D365 FO.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues.
Experience with full life cycle implementations and technical design/testing of D365 FO apps.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Experience in a customer-facing support or consulting role.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI) and its integration with D365 FO.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for issue tracking and release management.
Experience with D365 FO Business Process Management (BPM) and Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).
