Job Description

Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter
Overview: The Non-IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process within our organization. This position is integral to ensure that our teams are staffed with skilled professionals across non-technical roles. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent capable of contributing to the growth and strategic objectives of the company. This role requires a keen understanding of various industries and the specific skill sets needed for non-IT positions. The ability to effectively communicate with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders is essential. As a Non-IT Recruiter you will utilize various sourcing methods conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Additionally this position will involve market research to inform recruitment strategies and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike making this a pivotal role in shaping our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifics.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Negotiate offers and communicate terms and conditions to successful candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve future recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and attract talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess skill levels and cultural fit of candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to continue learning and adapting recruitment strategies.
